TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025
By (1) Job Kipkemei Kilach and (2) Isaac Kipkoech Korir Kilach, both of P.O. Box 8755- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kiptoo Kipkilach alias Samuel Kipto Kipkilach alias Samuel Kiptoo Kipkilach alias Samuel Kipto s/o Kipkilach, late of Kabisaga Sub- location, who died on 30th May, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Joseph Kimerel Kimei, of P.O. Box 187, Lessos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Kipkemei arap Tum, late of Keben, who died at Keben on 10th February, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
