CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2026
By Peris Wambui Thiru, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiarie Nganga, who died at Kabatini, on 5th November, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2026
By Marither Wanjiu Njenga, of P.O. Box 21- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njenga Njorge, who died at Kiamaina, on 21st December, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2026
By Esther Nyokabi Ngoro, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Chira Kimani alias Nahashon Chira Kimani, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2026
By (1) Pauline Njeri Kibunja and (2) Gerald Ngotho Kibunja, both of P.O. Box 306- 20106, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kibunja Ngotho alias John K. Kibirii, who died at Rironi, Koige, on 30th May, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
