PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E300 OF 2025
By (1) Jacinta Wanjugu Gichinga and (2) Cynthia Mirigo Gichinga, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Gichinga Chege, who died at Kanguu, on 8th March, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2025
By Agnes Wanjiku Maina, of P.O. Box 8- 00800, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njuguna Maina, who died at Thingidua, on 10th July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
