TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2025
By Florida Njoki Mutegi, of P.O. Box 50- 00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haron Mutembei Njoka, who died on 2nd April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By (1) Margaret Wambui Ngumi and (2) Ivy Wambui Njeri, the deceased’s mother and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marion Njeri Mungai, who died on 24th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2026
By (1) Mercy Wambui Kinyita and (2) Peter Kangethe Njonge, both of P.O. Box 1042- 00200, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Njonge Kangethe, who died on 23rd January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
