TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025
By (1) Samuel Njoroge Nganga and (2) Simon Gacheru Njenga, both of P.O. Box 335- 00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njenga Mbugua, who died on 28th July, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E373 OF 2025
By Martin Waweru Mukuria, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukuria Muchekehu, who died on 23rd October, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Grace Njeri Kuria, of P.O. Box 19, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kamau Njoroge, who died on 10th December, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Joseph Gitau Nduta, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Nduta Nganga, who died on 29th September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By (1) Brown Maina Kanyora and (2) Helga Ngema Njambi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Njambi Warui, who died on 13th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
