TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Alice Njeri Chege, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Chege Ndegwa, who died on 31st December, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026
By Monica Wambui Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 23017, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Supeyo Munyua, who died on 10th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2026
By (1) Loise Wanjiru Njonge and (2) Lucy Wambui Ngeru, both of P.O. Box 19- 00614, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kabiru Muchai, who died on 14th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
