PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Nganga Muthana and (2) Ezekiel Mbira Muthana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoni Muthana alias Mathoni Muthana, who died at Naaro, on 21st September, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By Allan Gitau Mugwimi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamugwe Kiongo alias Wamungwe Kyongo, who died at U.T.I., Thika, on 8th August, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
