By Alex Thuo Njoki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Njoki Thuo, who died at Salama, Juja, on 7th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Ng’ang’a Kibaia and (2) Patrick Mwangi Kibaia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John N. Kibaia alias Kibaia Ng’ang’a, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 30th April, 1969.

By (1) John Kimani Muigai and (2) Samuel Muigai Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thinye Wangunyu, who died at Gatura, on 10th December, 1997.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
