TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2026
By Aggrey Ouma Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 36, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obuon Otieno, who died at Kachien South, on 1st April, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2026
By Joseph Olwenda Aloo, of P.O. Box 162, Kosele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timotheo Aloo Oyoo, who died at North Kachien, on 9th November, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E322 OF 2025
By Simion Adede Ogallo, of P.O. Box 1, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliazar Ogallo Adede, who died at Karabondi, on 5th July, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
