TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Moses Odhiambo Okal, of P.O. Box 145, Kadongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Okal Obuya, who died at Kokwanyo East, on 27th September, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2026
By Nereah Adhiambo Awino, of P.O. Box 50, Kadongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nyanchoka Ongidi, who died at Kasewe A, on 15th July, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
