PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2021
By Joseph Kariuki Munene, of P.O. Box 1000- 20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Ndirangu, who died at Maragushu, on 1st January, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By Selah Ng’endo, of P.O. Box 2070- 20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Maina Kagunda, who died at Kiambogo, on 15th June, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
