TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2025
By Evangeline Igandu Ngondi, of P.O. Box 26, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngondi M’Kende, who died at St. Michael Nursing Home, on 28th November, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By Edith Wawira Muchiri, of P.O. Box 830, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muchiri Kiura, who died at Frevane Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By (1) Julia Karimi Wambugu and (2) Erick Munene Ileri, both of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wambugu Ndirangu, who died at Gatituri, on 16th June, 2019.

By (1) Edward Wachira Gathuri and (2) Maurice Kithinji Gathuri, both of P.O. Box 32, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Gathuri Moko, who died at Kiambuthi, on 11th April, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By Teresia Wanginda Kanambiu, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Njamiu Kanambiu alias Elias N. Kanambiu, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
