TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By George Onyango Muga, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Nyagunde alias Nyagunde Muga, who died at Mayenya Sub- location, on 1st August, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By Benard Odhiambo Njoga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Njoga Ochola alias Njoga Ochola, who died at Buoye Sub- location, on 10th March, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2026
By Michael Onyango Onyulo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Nathaniel O’Newlaw alias Onyulo Otone, who died on 2nd March, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
