TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E426 OF 2025
By Daudi Michit Ating, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ayoma Rambaya, who died at God- Jope, on 7th August, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E428 OF 2025
By Daudi Michit Ating, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ochieng Rambaya, who died at Nyatoto, on 9th March, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E429 OF 2025
By Daudi Michit Ating, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Rambaya Ating, who died at God- Jope, on 30th November, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2026
By (1) Marriam Haji Saleh and (2) Zainab Haji Sale, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Obara Mohamed, who died at Kaloleni, Kisumu, on 19th June, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
