TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E282 OF 2025
By Benta Atieno Mito, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Mito Adhola, who died at North Ramba, on 16th September, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Jane Apio Okwiri, the deceased’s daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silpa Opige Odundo, who died on 10th October, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By Mary Akinyi Anyanga, of P.O. Box 41, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Owing Odingo, who died at Nyagoko Sub- location, on 17th February, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By (1) William Lumumba Otieno and (2) Salome Nyangoyi Owiti, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owiti Otiende Patroba, who died at Ochoria, on 24th September, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By Nicholas Omondi Odele, of P.O. Box 300, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Arianda Makasembo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th September, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
