TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025
By (1) Dorothy Abonyo Makokha and (2) Firdaus Hassan, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hassan Albana Omondi Owiti alias Philip Okachi Owiti, who died on 10th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025
By Tobias Okumu Oyuqi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Oyuqi Rasanga alias John Oyuqi Rasanga alias Johannes Oyuqi Rasanga, who died on 2nd February, 2003.

By Kepha Opala Opala, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecton Otieno Omwandho, who died on 14th July, 2010.

By Kepha Opala Opala, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opondo Waga alias Waga Opondo, who died on 6th April, 1984.

By James Odago Sidhe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeo Owich Kisonyo alias Simeo Owich Kisonyi, who died on 4th July, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By Alphonce Oruko Obongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Auma Obongo, who died on 1st September, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
