PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2025
By (1) Bernard Kamau Muchoki and (2) Bernard Bundi Muchira, both of P.O. Box 564, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gikunju Ruriga, who died at Huruma, on 13th January, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Agnes Muthoni Njau, of P.O. Box 131, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njogu Njau, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
