TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2021
By Jane Wanja Njoka, of P.O. Box 1023, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutunga Maragwa, who died at Kiangwaci in 1965.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By (1) Keziah Wambui Maina and (2) Susan Mumbi Maina, both of P.O. Box 70, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister- in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mwai Njuguna, who died at Kagio Town, on 30th January, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By (1) Magaret Katunge Maingi and (2) Ramadhan Mugo Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 21, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter- in- law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugo Kariuki, who died at Coast Province General Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
