TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025
By (1) Ali Osman Affey and (2) Haweya Osman Affey, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Osman Hafe alias Fatuma Bobe, who died at Pumuan, on 12th May, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025
By Mursat Mahat Somane, of P.O. Box 20617- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mahat Somane Kadit, who died at Alice Nursing Home, on 5th January, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
