TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025
By Mahmooda Yusuf Hasham Mohamed, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of the last testament will of the estate of Yusuf Hasham Mohamed, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By (1) Abdalla Murage Uledi and (2) Swaleh Uledi Kanyeki, both of P.O. Box 48824- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Uledi Abdul Majid, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Hadija Guyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Roba Koto, who died on 14th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
