TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Murugi Kimwatu, of P.O. Box 796, Nyeri in Kenya and (2) Pauline Wangui Wanyoike, of P.O. Box 58418- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimwatu Kanyungu alias Kimwato Kanyungu, who died on 11th March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Michael Muriuki Githaiga and (2) Charity Wamiru Githaiga, both of P.O. Box 372, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githaiga Waichinga Kamuri, who died on 4th February, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
