PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Anthony Kimani Murugami, of P.O. Box 604- 00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Wachira Kimani, who died at Tharuni, on 20th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By (1) Esther Wanjiku Nuggi and (2) John Thande Kimani, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kimani Thande, who died at Kiambaa, on 29th December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
