By Leah Wangu Matu, of P.O. Box 500- 20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gathangira Matu, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Cherono Caroline, of P.O. Box 20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Chepnetgich Chepkwony, who died at District Hospital, Kapkatet in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
