TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2024
By Ronald Atsiaya Eboyi, of P.O. Box 120- 30106, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Uside Mwavali, who died at Kiembeni Estate, on 28th November, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By David Juma Owori, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Omala Mulunda alias Christopher Omala Mududa, who died at Buyama, on 2nd October, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
