TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025
By (1) Jackson Wanjohi Theuri and (2) Alice Theru Theuri, both of P.O. Box 80, Ndaragwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eshiban Theuri Ngatia, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 17th August, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2025
By Chaarles Kimtai Leitch, of P.O. Box 40, Ngarua in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipleitchi arap Ngetchi, who died at General Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2025
By (1) Susan Muthoni Kimani and (2) Nicholas Ndungu Maina, both of P.O. Box 743, Raichiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Ngweni Mwatha, who died at Kirera, on 1st May, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Mugwe Mwangi, (2) Moris Chege Mwangi and (3) James Maina Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 121-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Octavius Mwangi Chege, who died at Oljabet Annex and Nursing Home, on 20th April, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
