PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Mwihaki Mbogo and (2) Cormerias Gituambi Mbogo, both of P.O. Box 431-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Mbogo Gitumbi, who died on 26th February, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By (1) Lina Rabun, (2) Kipruto Kiptoo, (3) Nancy Talai Kiptoo and (4) Geoffrey Kimosop Kiptoo, all of P.O. Box 87, Ng’arua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiptoo Chepkonga, who died at Bendedict XVI, on 16th February, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
