TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Achitsa (2) Fredrick Khalisia and (3) Grace Shilwatso, both of P.O. Box 104, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akonya Kharisa alias Peter Akonya Khalisia, who died at Shirulu, on 19th February, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2026
By Gregory Otaba Okumu, of P.O. Box 21, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Okumu Otaba alias Okumu Otaba, who died at Isongo, on 6th December, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2026
By Margaret Muhabi Otweso, of P.O. Box 572, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Otweso Khataba alias David Otseso Khataba, who died at Shirakalu, on 30th December, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
