IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT BUNGOMA
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By (1) David Juma Barasa, (2) Leah Khasoa Barasa, (3) Rose Nafula and (4) Mildred Nanjala Walucho, the executor and executrices to the deceased’s, for a grant of probate with will annexed to the estate of James Barasa Mukhongo, who died at Hopkins Hospitals, on 4th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
