TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025
By Jane Mendi Eiben, of P.O. Box 8100, E. Camelback Road, Scottsdale, AZ, 85251, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Karienye Yohanna, who died at Madaraka, on 9th April, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2025
By (1) Joseph Ndungu Wanjiru and (2) Gabriel Nganga Wanjiru, both of P.O. Box 24623-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Muiruri, who died at District Hospital, Ol Kalou in Kenya, on 26th September, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Cecilia Wanjiru Karienye and (2) Stephen Kariuki Karienye, both of P.O. Box 80-20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Karienye Kingori, who died at J. M. Ol Kalou Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd July, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
