TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2025
By Sepeika Milton Parsitau, of P.O. Box 6, Dol Dol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waikwa Mugichi Mwithando, who died at Huduma Health Centre, Gitiitu, on 10th December, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Stephen Njagi Wanderi, of P.O. Box 159, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanderi Mugere, who died at Amboni, Mweiga, on 31st August, 1972.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
