TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Peter Ochieng Obudho, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuda Obudho Auma alias Judah Obudho Auma alias Obudho Auma, who died at Abom, on 25th September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026
By Maurine Achieng Ogalo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ogalo Ojwang alias Joseph Ogalo Ojwang’a, who died at Siaya, on 10th December, 1992.

By Albert Odero Ouma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Odera Obang’o, who died at Nyamonye, on 27th December, 1999.

By Fredrick Otieno Okech, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Okech, who died at District Hospital, Bondo in Kenya, on 14th June, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
