TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024
By Rosemary Ogutu Ogola, of P.O. Box 57, Hawinga in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domtila Musewe Ogola alias Domtila Musewe, who died at Gangu Sub-location, on 14th July, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By Henry Robert, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owira Otoyo, who died at Ojundo “A” Sub-location, on 1st January, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
