TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024
By Teresa Mutenyo Kweyu, of P.O. Box 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Remigius Kweyu Lubale, who died at Milimani, on 14th July, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Talai Lobeda and (2) Christopher Sikuku Lopeta, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nabaak Kiptise, who died on 7th June, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
