TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Jane Chepkemoi Terer and (2) Joseph Kipkoros Koech, both of P.O. Box 15, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Terer, who died on 17th July, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2026
By (1) Daniel Kiprono Cheruiyot and (2) Stanley Kipkemoi, both of P.O. Box 42, Kiptere in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Chuma arap Telei alias Cheruiyot arap Chumo, who died on 27th March, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2026
By Paul Kilpangat Kirui, of P.O. Box 249-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Chumo, who died on 8th December, 1984.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
