TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By Joshine Kwabuka Makori, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makori Omwario, who died on 24th August, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2026
By Winfrida Kerubo Mboga, of P.O. Box 69, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kichana Otero alias Gichana Gichana, who died at Gesoni Sub-location, on 20th April, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2026
By John Rwoti Nyangara, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noah Nyangara Nyakondo, who died on 22nd January, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
