CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2026
By Teresa Kerubo Onkendu, of P.O. Box 858-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onkendu Somoni, who died at Bosongo Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2023.
CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2026
By Faraja Ogosi Joshua, of P.O. Box 520-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Babu, who died on 10th December, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2026
By Samuel Makori Timondo, of P.O. Box 4131-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Callen Kemunto Makori, who died on 7th March, 2015.
CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2026
By Peter Otiso Nyang’au, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carren Stella Otiso, who died at Menyinkwa Village, on 1st April, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
