By (1) Consolata Kerubo Kiyieka and (2) Yunes Moraa Mokua, both of P.O. Box 46, Masimba in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiyieka Ontiri alias Samson Kiyieka Ontiri, who died at Metembe, on 24th December, 1992.
