TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2025
By (1) Anazi Tsuma Mwango, (2) Vincent Mwachiru Mwango and (3) Sylvester Jefa Mwango, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of MwangoTsuma Kalu, who died on 17th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2025
By Safari Majimbo Kalama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalama Jefwa Chai alias Makunza Jefwa, who died on 30th December, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) Elizabeth Sidi Kachiri and (2) Kadzo Reuben Kombe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dama Kenga Aruba, who died on 27th February, 2017.

By Soren Damgaard-Larsen, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siv Ingegerd Margareta Damgaard-Larsen, who died in Sweden, on 27th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
