TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2025
By (1) Purity Wangari Mwangi and (2) Grace Rugaru Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Chege Kimemia, who died at Kitengela, on 28th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2025
By (1) Margaret Waruguru Kamau and (2) David Kiiru Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kamau Kiiru, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd January, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By (1) Catherine Wambui Muruga and (2) Erastus Muruga Nijiri, both of P.O. Box 126-10218, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helen Wangare Muruga alias Hellen Wangari Waruga alias Hellen Wangari Muruga, who died at St. Bridget Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
