By (1) Daniel Kagwanja Macharia and (2) Josiah Gathundia Metho, both of P.O. Box 528, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Metho Macharia, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 19th November, 1997.

By Mary Waithira Muhia, of P.O. Box 16, Gatura in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muhia Njihia, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 17th August, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By Susan Nyokabi Njau, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mwaura Chonge, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 29th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
