IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT BARICHO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2025
By (1) John Ngatia Irura, and (2) Michael Irura, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irura Ngari alias Irura Ngare alias Iruga Ngari, who died at Kiangai, on 27th April, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
