PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E446 OF 2025
By Charles Amuly Atulo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atulo Munala, who died at Embali Sub-location, on 11th July, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E385 OF 2025
By Josphat Kikumba Balusi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerishom Balusi Matoze alias Gerishom Barusi, who died at Kakamega Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 1979.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
