TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2026
By Calleb Randiki Oginda, of P.O. Box 3131-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Allan Milowa Achiong, who died at Lower Tamu, on 22nd June, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2026
By Monica Anyango Anyong’a, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Omondi Anyonga, who died on 3rd March, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
