TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2025
By Lilian Adhiambo Ochieng, of P.O. Box 96-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Omondi Ogutu alias Omondi Ogutu, who died at Buoye Sub-location, on 10th April, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E330 OF 2025
By (1) Roda Anyango Okello and (2) Margret Atieno Okello, both of P.O. Box 307-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicasius John Okello Otoo alias John Okello Otoo alias John Okello, who died at Kawino Unit, Chiga, on 21st September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
