TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2026
By Dolphine Oywako Onyoro, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William John Onyuro Ayuko alias Onyuro Ayuko, who died on 15th July, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2026
By Leyah Achigeng Onunga, of P.O. Box 1434-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Guya Ongoge, who died on 24th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
