IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MASENO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E739 OF 2025
By (1) Jacob Muga Otori, (2) Isaac Otieno Otori and (3) Eliakim Ochieng Otori, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Otori Muga, who died on 24th November, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Juma Adero Rajabu, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achieng Buruku, who died at Kogony, on 9th August, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
