TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2025
By (1) Christine Akinyi Omondi and (2) Beth Atieno Omondi, both of P.O. Box 1450-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omondi Otieno, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Ochieng Omondi and (2) Michael Omondi Otieno, both of P.O. Box 2450-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Auma Omondi, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2025
By (1) Pamela Akinyi Ochieng and (2) Victor Ochieng Ochieng, both of P.O. Box 3450-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ochieng Omondi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
