TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By (1) Peter Mwangi Kamau, (2) Mary Wanjiru Kamau, both of P.O. Box 450-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kamau Mwangi, who died at Kiambu Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) James Njoroge Kariuki, (2) Jane Wanjiru Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 780-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiru Kariuki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
