CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025
By (1) Audrey Lulu Mwende Mandi and (2) Adrian Musa Muuo Mandi, both of P.O. Box 160–90134, Yoani, Salama in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Jessie Mandi alias Agnes Nduku Mandi, who died on 22nd March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025
By Alice Akolo Ondeche, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Adisa Mutava, who died on 28th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By Joseph Musango Wambua, of P.O. Box 1–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Munyungu Kitana, who died on 18th November, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025
By Patricia Kaswii Mutuku, of P.O. Box 136–90128, Mtito Andei in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anastasia Munyiva Mutuku, who died on 13th October, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
