CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025
By (1) Paul Kaibii Iguchu alias Paul Iguchu Kaibei and (2) Wairagu Kaibei, both of P.O. Box 56, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kaibei Wairagu alias Kaibei Wairagu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st February, 2011.

Box 24146, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Musyioki Musau, who died at Equator Nursing Home, on 28th September, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
